Step 2: Select a Product and Payment Plan

You will then enter our secure shopping cart where you will:

• select an access number,
• create a unique member id and password,
• formally select your product and payment option,

Step 3: Download the US Message Dial-Up Software

Upon receiving confirmation that you have successfully created your US Message account, you can then download our dial-up software. This software will configure your PC to automatically dial-up our network to access the Internet (or may configure your PC manually with the provided US Message settings).

The software download will also configure your email software with your individual US Message email address and password, along with the appropriate US Message settings (see list of supported email programs here).

Step 4: Cancel Your Prior Internet Service Provider

Now all you need to do is cancel your old ISP. We have listed some of the typical ISPs that our customers are switching from to join US Message:

If your ISP is not listed among those above, go to your existing ISP's web site and review their terms and conditions. This document should provide a cancellation telephone number, fax number, or address.
